Dr. Carl F. Dando is one of the top Phlebologists in all of North Dakota. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, certified by the ARDMS as a Registered Vascular Technologist, and is a Member of the American College of Phlebology. His interests in Vein Medicine include Sclerotherapy, Duplex Ultrasound, and Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA).

The Hogue Vein Institute has been a specialty medical practice devoted to comprehensive vein care in North Dakota since December 2004. Our goal has always been to provide the safest and most effective comprehensive vein treatment program possible, while providing the best customer service and overall patient experience. We are confident we can alleviate each of our patients’ varicose vein symptoms, improve the look and feel of their legs, and thereby improve the quality of their life.
